What a weekend for the 1st XI who backed up Saturday's thrilling win over league leaders South North, with a dominant display in Banks Salver final over Hetton. In both games the Hil batted first posting scores of 240+. In the league game South North came close eventually finishing 29 runs short, howver in the Banks Salver final Hetton has no response and lost wickets regularly and finished 114 runs short.
