Covid-19 related guidance to visitors to 'the Hill' in 2021

13 Apr 2021

We look forward to welcoming you to our club for the upcoming game. Please find below the specific plans and guidance we have in place to ensure all of our players, spectators (when allowed) and volunteers remain safe, in line with the ECB's guidance:

Symptoms – Please remind all your players/spectators not to attend if they display any Covid symptoms or are required to isolate. If symptoms develop during the game, then please follow published guidelines

Club Entrance – Entrance to the ground for players, officials and spectators (when allowed) is via the main entrance on the west road.

Changing Rooms – Changing rooms will only open for access to the toilets, so please encourage your players to arrive changed and ready to play. Whilst using the Changing Rooms, for toilet provision, please adhere to the government guidelines for social distancing and use common sense to minimise any risk to the spread of Covid 19 virus.

Hand sanitisation – Hand Sanitiser will be provided in and around the ground. We would still suggest that all Players ensure they bring their own personal hand sanitiser for the game.

Bar – Our bar will open as per Government Covid Guidelines (i.e. outside service and sitting only) and will be serving drinks and snacks (crisps, nuts, etc) only.

Teas – There will be no teas provided on the day.

Spectators – When spectators are eventually allowed, please remind them to socially distance and to not touch the ball at any time. Please remind them to bring their own supply of sanitiser.

Inclement Weather – In the event of rain interruptions players can return to their car.

Conduct – Please ask all players and spectators to respect the above points and comply with our track and trace procedure by registering their details. If anybody (from either side) does not comply with our guidance they may be asked to leave the ground.

If you have any questions prior to your visit, please contact Phil Haves on 07878404018
