The following Social Distancing and Safety Procedures must be followed by members and their guests:
- The clubhouses & bar are open for members & their guests only
- There is a one way system, which is clearly marked, in operation within the clubhouse
- Hand sanitising stations to be used when entering & exiting the clubhouse
- Customers will be asked to leave their contact details when using the facility. This is for the purpose of track and trace if required
- In the event of inclement weather there will be a capacity of 28 within the clubhouse available on a first come first served basis. Table service only at the inside tables.
- Limited seating outside but members may bring their own tables & chairs
- Toilets will be limited to 1 in 1 out basis
- All tables and chairs have been specifically set out in such a way to ensure we maintain the required social distancing and must not be moved
- No more than 6 persons in any group as per the Government guidelines
- All children to be supervised by an adult from within their group at all times preferably remaining seated at their tables
- Strictly no standing at the bar & all drinks consumed within the club premises & ground must be purchased from the bar
- No dogs allowed within the clubhouse with the exception of support dogs
- The preferred method of payment is contactless although cash will be accepted
- No fruit machine, darts or pool to be played
- No teas or coffees available
- The Television will show sport but the sound will be muted at all times.
