Final League Tables

14 Sep 2022

With the final weekend washout there was little change in the league tables, the 1st XI finished 7th in the Premier Divison, congratulations to South North who won the title. The 2nd XI finished 3rd in Division 2, the rain denying them an outside chance to win the league and defend the title won in 2021, congratulations to Tynemouth who won the league. The NEPL 3rd XI finished 6th out of 8 in the Sunday FIrst Division, congratulations to Hetton Lyons who won the league. The West Tyne 3rd XI league still has a week to run, with most teams (other than the Hill and league leaders Haydon Bridge) due to play on Saturday 17th September, we narrowly avoided relegation finsihing 11th out of 12, Belsay the team to go down. There could be final weekend drama as second place Humshaugh are in with a chance of overhauling leaders Haydon Bridge, they are due to play Mitford at home.
