The entire NEPL fixtures on Saturday (9th May) fell victim to the wet weather that hung over the majoriity of the North East the evening before and most of the day. Only two fixtures got played in the NTCL, both in the far west of the region at Haltwhistle (they beat Wylam) and ironically at Newbrough, however unfortunately for the Hill NTCL 3's (who use that ground every other Saturday) it wasn't our home fixture this week; Newbrough defeating Allendale 2s.
Let's hope for better news from Sunday with our NEPL 3's due to travel to Burnopfield, its due for a 1:30pm start.
