Seconds win delayed 2020 Banks Bowl final thanks to Pete Jones 7 wicket haul and a trio of half centuries

The seconds had an excellent start to the new season, with an impressive 74 run win over local rivals South North in the delayed 2020 Banks Bowl cup final.

 

The Hill batted first and posted an excellent total of 243 for 9 in 40 overs. There were 3 half centuries in that total for Joe Fletcher (59), Joe Anderson (54) and Haydon Mustard (54).

 

In reply South North were all out for 169, with Pete Jones taking 7 wickets for 37 runs, and Anthony Hunter 2 for 20.
