Skipper likely to miss the rest of the season as he joins Global and Euro T20 league franchises

26 Jul 2019

Saturday's abandoned game againt Eppleton was unfortunately the last time Hill supporters will see Kyle Coetzer in action for some time in Hill colours. This is because he is off to play in the Canadian Global T20 league for Montreal Tigers, and then the Euro T20 Slam for Edinburgh Rocks.

His Montreal team mates include George Baley, Sunil Narine, Thisara Perera, Fawad Ahmed and Sean Abbot. The Edinburgh team includes New Zealnder's Martin Guptill, Corey Anderson, Aussie Chirs Lynn, Calum McLeod, as well as ex Hill players Gavin Main and Craig Wallace.

You can follow Kyle's progress on UK TV, as coverage of the Canadian Global T20 is on Sky Channel 422 (Free Sports), details of TV coverage for the Euro T20 Slam are yet to be confirmed.
